The short version
Finish Line Tires collects the contact details you give us so that we can get back to you and, if you are a customer, so that we can ask you for a review. We do not sell your details to anyone.
What we collect
Your name, phone number and email address if you give them to us on a form, in person or on the phone. Anything you write in a message to us. Basic technical information your browser sends when you load this page, such as your IP address, which our web server records in its access log.
Why we collect it
To answer you. To do the work you asked about. To send you a review request after we have done work for you. To keep our own records.
Who we share it with
The companies that run this website and deliver our text messages and email, and only so that they can do that job for us. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it
For as long as we are doing business with you, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third party advertising trackers.

Text messages
Finish Line Tires sends text messages to customers who have given us their mobile number. The messages ask you to leave a review of your visit, confirm an appointment, or answer a question you sent us.
You opt in by giving us your mobile number in person, on the phone, or on a form on this website. We do not buy phone numbers and we do not text people who have not given us their number.
Message frequency varies. A review request is at most five messages over about one month, and it stops as soon as you tap the link or reply STOP.
Message and data rates may apply. Finish Line Tires does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. You will get one message confirming that you have been removed, and then nothing further.
Reply HELP to any message, or call (352) 425-6683, and a person will answer.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell your phone number. We do not share your phone number or your consent to be texted with any third party for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.
